Register to our French GCSE half-term booster program!


Aimed at students presenting French GCSE across various boards, this intensive and personalised online program will help each student address some of their key challenges and catch up on the syllabus revisions.


We will review requirements for all four key papers: listening, speaking, writing and reading, as well as tips to score points (and avoid losing any!).  


Each student will have a series of one-to-one sessions focused on their particular needs.


> A mix of small group and one-to-one classes

> A direct contact to your tutor throughout the week for any question

> A focus on the student’s personal needs in terms of revisions and practice

1/ The program

Running over 5 days, the program offers a mix of small group classes and personalised one-to-one sessions:

• 2 x1h small group sessions including:

- Quick review of the papers (based on AQA specifications but with focus on transferrable skills),

- Group Q and A and discussions about how to score points and avoid losing any.

• 4 x 1h one-to-one sessions: focus on 3 topics chosen by the student.

Example: conjugating the “passé compose” and getting all the agreement rules right; understanding the difference between direct and indirect object pronouns (COD, COI); how to structure your writing assignment, conversation tips and practice… 


2/ Practical information

When : 24th-28th October 2022

Group sessions: 9.30am Monday and Friday

One-to-one sessions to be scheduled preferably on 4 different days between Monday and Friday (see registration form).

Where : through Zoom or MS Teams

What you will need :

• A good Internet connection

• A device with functioning camera and microphone

• A notebook


3/ Fees

The total fee is £219 per student. This includes:

- 2 x 1h group sessions,

- 4 x one-to-one 1h sessions,

- No-limit email access to your tutor between sessions for any question you might have.
